Numbers on the left menu tell you what needs you — you never have to go hunting. Red means act now (staff bug reports, live errors). Amber means review when you can (gyms awaiting approval, dormant gyms). The banner across the top always names the single most important thing right now.

Your platform-wide cockpit: total gyms, events, athletes, GMV, and the signups chart. The Today / 7d / 30d / All buttons and the Beta / Growth toggle at the top reframe every number on the page.

Three tabs: Events, Gyms, People. Type a name to search, filter by status, and page through — it loads on demand so it stays fast at any size. On a Gym row: Verify (approve it) or Suspend. On an Event row: Feature or Hide. Open ↗ / Page ↗ jumps straight into the live app.

Bug reports your staff filed inside the app, plus the live error feed. Tap Mark fixed to clear a bug (it turns the red badge down). If this badge is red, start here.

Analytics for how the platform is doing. Monetization holds the platform-fee switch — ON means you take a % across every gym, OFF is charitable mode (fees waived, tracked for taxes).
